Our goal for I Build Granny Flats has been to establish a company which reflects our honesty, passion and pride on each project we do. Each client deserves to be informed and clearly showcased the services, finish and materials that will be used on each individual project. No one likes to be left clueless which is why unlike other building companies, we offer our clients to view our recent work and offer a large showroom which is set up with all fixtures & finishes to help you effortlessly select from at the best prices.
Unlike our competitors we are totally flexible with any changes or custom designs you wish to achieve are completed in house.
The Director
Following his father’s passion who had 38 years of experience in building and construction, Allen followed in his fathers footsteps and developed his own successful career specilizing in different sectors of construction, but his passion for detail & small scale construction remained which is how I Build Granny Flats was established.
With 10 years of experience and knowledge as a licensed builder/carpenter, Allen is a passionate and dedicated builder who enjoys working alongside his team of professional tradesmen.
While each new project has individual challenges, he remains intimately involved with his cohesive team of tradesmen throughout each stage of the construction process. This process guarantees a winning combination between the client and builder and ensures a beautifully constructed custom project that meets and exceeds the customer’s expectations, making the building and construction process easy for all.
Working within many different sections of the building and construction industry; starting out in high-end architectural homes, and completing projects in commercial and industrial sectors. Allen has gained project experience and technical skills, ensuring his clients that they are in safe hands throughout the whole project.
